Who can use BARNETICZ
You must be at least 13. By creating an account you confirm the info you give us is accurate.
Your content
You keep ownership of events, parks, photos, and profile content you post. You grant BARNETICZ a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it inside the app.
Stuff you can't do
- Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Spam events, parks, or profile links.
- Try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Use the platform to organize anything that violates local law.
We can remove content and ban accounts that violate these rules - without notice when needed.
User safety at parks
BARNETICZ lists outdoor parks and workouts organized by community members. We do not vet hosts, supervise workouts, or guarantee equipment safety. You participate at your own risk. Check the park condition before training and listen to your body.
No warranty
The service is provided "as-is". We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or that the service will fit your purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BARNETICZ is not liable for injuries, lost data, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
Account termination
You can delete your account any time (see Privacy Policy). We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
